Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage customers by providing personalized consultations to understand their unique preferences and needs in fine jewelry.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of gemstones, metals, and design trends to educate clients and enhance their buying experience.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring high-demand items are stocked while minimizing overstock of less popular products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques and building lasting relationships with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail sales, specifically in luxury goods or jewelry, to ensure product familiarity.
Certification in gemology or jewelry design can significantly enhance credibility and customer trust.
Experience working with clients, showcasing the ability to cater to discerning tastes and preferences.
