Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily factory operations, ensuring seamless production flow and efficiency to meet targets.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe and high-quality work environment.
- Manage and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Manage and maintain factory equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and manage the factory budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability while adhering to financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage raw materials, ensuring adequate supply while minimizing storage costs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements, integrating them into factory operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on factory performance to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas needing attention.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication.
- Proven experience in a factory environment is crucial, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is required.
