Roles & Responsibilities

Position - L2 field Support Engineer - Dubai and India

Location: Work From Home ( Permanent ) OR work from Office in Dubai (your choice!)


What You’ll Need:


  • Expertise in server setup from scratch, server implementation, and server troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint File Server management
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 email migration, Intune, security compliance, endpoint management, MDM, M365 setup, and M365 administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (versions 8 to 11) and MacBook troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform firewall setup from scratch, VPN setup, and VPN troubleshooting
  • Strong PC troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions and antivirus software
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware
  • Expertise in desktop (Windows and Mac) setup and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of network setup, network troubleshooting, and wireless access point configuration
  • Experience in PABX (IP-based) systems such as D-Link, Avaya, and 3CX
  • Ability to handle biometric access control system setup and troubleshooting

Desired Candidate Profile

Role Overview (L2 Field Support Executive – Dubai)

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, provide training on new technologies, and support stakeholders with effective communication.
  • Address customer issues via phone, email, and web portal, adhering to SLAs.
  • Document technical issues and contribute to the support knowledgebase.
  • Stay updated on products and services to provide accurate assistance.
  • Collaborate with company divisions to resolve customer concerns proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience in IT support, training staff, and managing complex technical issues.
  • Bachelor's or master's in IT or related field, MCSA preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, server OS, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), firewalls, backups, and endpoint security.
  • Prior experience with Managed Service Providers is a plus.
