About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Joint Manager Production (3P). The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven experience managing third-party (3P) manufacturers, specifically in the personal care industry with a focus on private labels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage production activities with third-party (3P) manufacturers for personal care private label products.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and timely production delivery.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams and 3P manufacturing partners.
• Drive efficiency and cost optimization in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any production or quality-related issues.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Logistics.

Key Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Engineering degree (mandatory).
• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 7 years in production management, exclusively within the personal care industry.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with 3P manufacturers and private labels.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, production processes, and compliance in the personal care domain.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
