Job Description

As a Junior Account Manager - Arabic Speaking, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients while supporting the account management team. This position demands an enthusiastic individual with superb communication skills in both English and Arabic who can engage with clients from diverse backgrounds. Your main aim will be to facilitate positive client experiences and ensure the timely delivery of our services. Working closely with senior account managers, you will learn the intricacies of account management and help drive sustainable growth through active participation in team efforts. You will also be tasked with identifying client needs and aligning them with our offerings, ensuring valued service delivery and satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining healthy client relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Identify clients' needs and provide solutions to help meet their goals.
  • Prepare reports on client activities and performance metrics regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings, video conferences, and business reviews.
  • Update CRM systems with client interactions and other account information.
  • Support senior account managers with market research and client analysis.
  • Follow up on client issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations and proposals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of account strategies.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and updates relevant to our services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms for daily tasks.
