Location: FAD Dubai Campus


Job Type: Full-time

The Junior Admissions Counselor plays a key role in supporting FAD’s admissions process by ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective students and assisting with the smooth execution of online and in-person sessions. This is a hands-on role for a proactive, organized, and communicative individual passionate about education, fashion, and creative industries.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Follow-Up & Conversion : Manage and personalize daily follow-ups with prospective students to drive engagement and enrollment.

- Session Support & Student Assistance : Coordinate and support online and in-person sessions, ensuring smooth experiences and prompt student assistance.

- Communication & Administrative Support : Handle student communications, maintain accurate records, and assist with events and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).


- Highly organized, detail-oriented, target-oriented, and able to multitask.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, Zoom, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

- Enthusiasm for promoting education and creativity.
