Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Craft expertly brewed coffee beverages while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and informing management of low stock levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for coffee and customer service.
• No prior experience required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
