Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will assist in onboarding and supporting sellers, helping customers with orders, and ensuring live shows run seamlessly. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is motivated by learning, ownership, and impact.

Main responsibilities

  • Reply to customers via chat and calls
  • Help buyers with orders, returns, and product questions
  • Follow up until problems are fully solved. Never leave a customer hanging
  • Turn feedback from customers & sellers into product & ops improvements
  • Work with fulfilment, product, Account Management, and other departments when needed
  • Represent Siin with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
  • Act like an owner in every decision you make

Desired Candidate Profile

Some experience in customer service is a plus, but not required

  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
