Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record employee attendance, leaves, and absences to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies.
- Handle employees requests regarding attendance, payslips, and related HR documents.
- Maintain and update the HR database and personnel files.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes when needed.
- Assist in HR reporting, statistics, and compliance documentation.
- Participate in HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and internal communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
