Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record employee attendance, leaves, and absences to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll and maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Handle employees requests regarding attendance, payslips, and related HR documents.
  • Maintain and update the HR database and personnel files.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes when needed.
  • Assist in HR reporting, statistics, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and internal communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

0 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and confidentiality.
