Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Our ideal Personnel Specialist will be responsible for maintaining updated employee records and files along with handling the social insurance, medical insurance and payroll reports. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation and labor law.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Manage employee files and paperwork throughout his employment cycle in the company
- check the correctness and completeness of all personnel documents, ensure the accuracy of salary data and personnel records, make changes when needed.
- Prepare and verify payroll reports alongside listing employee records in the reports time by time.
- Administer Social and Medical insurance programs
- Inform employees about additional benefits they re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation and labor law
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven work experience as a Personnel Specialist for at least 1 year
- Good understanding of labor legislation and labor law and its updates
- Hands-on experience with social insurance paperwork is a must
- Hands-on experience with payroll reports and rules
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Good problem-solving abilities
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or Law or any relevant field
