Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Rays Technical Services is hiring Junior Hydraulic Technicians to support our marine,

offshore, and yard-based hydraulic operations.

Key Scope:

  • Pump, motor & valve overhaul

  • Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) servicing

  • Tube & pipe installation & modification

  • High-velocity flushing (NAS 6)

  • Oil filtration & contamination control

  • Hydraulic tubing fabrication, bending & installation

  • Hose crimping, pressure testing & replacement

  • Pressure & hydrostatic testing

  • Chemical cleaning & flushing

  • Hydraulic & manual torquing

  • Actuator and hydraulic cylinder repair

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Basic hydraulic experience

  • Marine / offshore or ship repair experience preferred

  • 10th / ITI (preferred)

  • BOSIET, Seaman Passport & CDC holders preferred
