Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You’ll be the first point of contact for all things IT—troubleshooting, onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring our hardware and software run flawlessly. You’ll work alongside our IT Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to help-desk tickets for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers & mobile devices
- Document solutions and update our internal knowledge base
- Share tips to help teammates resolve common issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with help desk systems and ticketing tools (like JIRA).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and common enterprise applications.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and patience.
