Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners.
  • Drive sales growth through improved visibility, assortment, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve account issues efficiently.

Digital Shelf & Performance Monitoring

  • Manage and track product performance using NIQ digital shelf tracking tools.
  • Monitor product visibility, pricing, availability, and content quality across e-commerce platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the digital shelf presence and optimize sales.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to implement account-specific plans.
  • Plan and execute campaigns and promotions to increase market share and sales.
  • Monitor trends, identify growth opportunities, and suggest improvements based on data insights.

New Business Development

  • Support the identification of new e-commerce opportunities to expand Arla s online presence.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and contracts with new partners.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to align on campaigns and category strategies.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to online platforms.

Entrepreneurial Mindset

  • Proactively contribute innovative ideas to improve e-commerce performance.
  • Act as a dedicated owner of assigned accounts, driving initiatives and solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

What will make you successful

  • 2 3 years in e-commerce account management, sales, or FMCG.
  • Proven track record in growing sales and performance on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tmart, Noon, Amazon).
  • Familiarity with managing relationships with online retailers and understanding e-commerce dynamics.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce marketing, SEO, paid ads, and content optimization.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, noon Ads, Criteo).
