Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor the status of all platforms and services in operation.
Follow the KPIs of all platforms and services in operation.
Report normal and abnormal alerts.
Follow maintenance, installation, deployment and update operations.
Collaborate with other OS systems and database teams for the high availability of platforms and services.
Collaborate with software and security teams to follow operations and process events related to backups/restores, storage arrays, and logs.
Collaborate with OS systems and database administration teams, monitoring, networks and environment.
Ensure the application of procedures and their continuous improvement.
Ensure versatility between all the directorate’s nodes.
Respect HSE requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
BASIC TRAINING: University degree (BAC +5) Specialization: Information System, IT, Telecommunication. Experience in a similar position.
