Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform data quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in operational systems.
- Provide scheduling support and coordination with external consultants or internal teams.
- Support invoicing reconciliation by matching invoices to work performed and flagging discrepancies for resolution.
- Assist with drafting and organizing contracts, agreements, and other documents as directed.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing materials.
- Support contractor onboarding processes by collecting documentation and updating records.
- Track activities and maintain accurate records in applicable CRM and ERP systems.
- Perform other assigned administrative tasks to support operations team priorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience, with a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in office software tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana).
- Ability to follow established procedures and complete repetitive tasks accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
