Junior Provisioning Administrator

ATM Mobilis EPE-SPA

In charge of operations and administration of operating systems, databases and other integrated software.

Pilot, plan and coordinate operations on provisioning and orchestration nodes, as well as integration engineering with new network elements.

Ensure regular daily tasks related to platform administration (Provisioning Gui Application & OS System).

Supervise the operation of the Gateway to anticipate problems that may arise on the business and the Network by providing corrective actions.

Implement and modify configurations on the provisioning platform according to the needs expressed by other structures (Routing, IMSI series and A integration of new nodes on the network (CORE), testing, verification and validation of ATPs. Respond to the needs of other structures in terms of provisioning (Batch Provisioning, profile rectification).

Ensure versatility between all the Direction's nodes.

Work in collaboration with other directions (Engineering Direction, etc.) for the launch of new solutions in the Network or the upgrade of existing solutions.

Ensure quality and SLAs Support and Customer Satisfaction.

Investigate and analyze errors related to provisioning and CORE.

Support teams working on various suspended orders on NGBSS (Creation, Swap, Offer Change, etc.) by proposing solutions and potentially investigating new cases.

Participate in Software/Hardware upgrades (IP design, MVNE integration, ATPs, Cut-Over).

Comply with HSE requirements.
