Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
To promote sales and effectively contribute to achieving the department's sales & revenue budget. Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase market penetration to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate enquiries by cold calls, walk in meetings, site visits by identifying the potential customers for HVAC service by extending the services offered by the service department
- Convert the potential enquiries for AMC, Retrofit, Repairs jobs & spare parts from the End users to generate business for the department
- Identify the potential customer vertical for service-related jobs for achieving sales budget
- Coordinate with our internal team & customers for timely submission of reports, invoices & payment collections
- Regularly visit the existing as well as prospective customer to establish/maintain healthy and profitable relationship and to find out their present and future demand to be able to meet them in time
- Review actual sales against budget regularly and ensure that the sale is proceeding in accordance with the targets agreed
- Increase AMC base & thereby generating more business from the existing and new customers
- Regularly follow up to ensure collection of the credit in time and in full to avoid loss of money or litigation
- Prepare and provide for all necessary reports as required by the Sales Manager in a timely and accurate manner and adhere to all company policies and procedures as applicable.
- Generate revenue by promoting Services offered by the HVAC service department.
- Actively coordinate with the service sales & operations team
- Focused approach towards Service-related jobs like AMC/Repairs & spare parts management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing of HVAC after sales services, preferably in UAE
- Bachelors Degree with similar experience
