About Mirrorfit

Mirrorfit (a Trinetra Labs Product) is an AI-powered virtual try-on and fashion technology platform built for small retailers, fashion boutiques, designers, pop-up stores, exhibitions, and event sellers. Our platform helps retailers let customers try outfits digitally, improve engagement, reduce trial-room dependency, and create a more modern shopping experience.

We are looking for a young, energetic, and street-smart Junior Sales Executive who can visit small fashion retailers, boutiques, designers, and exhibition sellers, explain the product, generate leads, give demos, and close subscription deals.


Role Summary:

The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for field sales, retailer onboarding, product demos, lead follow-ups, and closing small business customers for Mirrorfit . The ideal candidate should be confident, hardworking, comfortable speaking to shop owners, and willing to spend time in markets, malls, exhibitions, and fashion retail areas.

This is a target-driven role suited for someone who wants to grow fast in sales and be part of an early-stage AI fashion-tech startup.


Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Lead Generation

  • Visit fashion boutiques, garment stores, designer stores, ethnic wear shops, streetwear brands, online sellers, and exhibition stalls.

  • Identify small and mid-sized retailers who can benefit from Mirrorfit.

  • Build a daily pipeline of new leads through market visits, referrals, Instagram, exhibitions, and local business directories.

  • Collect retailer details including owner name, phone number, Instagram handle, store location, category, and current sales challenges.

Product Demo & Pitching

  • Explain Mirrorfit in simple language to shop owners and sales staff.

  • Show live demos of the platform on mobile, tablet, or laptop.

  • Explain how virtual try-on can help retailers attract more customers, improve conversion, and modernize their store experience.

  • Handle basic objections related to price, usage, customer adoption, and setup.

Deal Closure & Onboarding

  • Convert interested retailers into paid customers or trial customers.

  • Assist retailers with basic onboarding, account setup, product upload coordination, and first usage.

  • Coordinate with internal operations or support teams for retailer activation.

  • Follow up with trial users and push them toward paid subscription conversion.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular contact with onboarded retailers.

  • Help retailers understand how to use the platform better.

  • Collect feedback from customers and share it with the product team.

  • Build strong relationships with local retail communities, boutique owners, designers, and event sellers.

Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain daily records of visits, calls, demos, follow-ups, closures, and lost leads.

  • Update leads and sales progress in the company CRM or tracking sheet.

  • Share daily and weekly sales reports with the Sales Manager.

  • Meet assigned monthly targets for demos, trials, and paid conversions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0–2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, fashion sales, or business development.

  • Freshers with strong confidence and communication skills may also apply.

  • Comfortable visiting markets and speaking directly with business owners.

  • Good understanding of fashion retail, boutiques, garments, ethnic wear, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

  • Basic comfort using mobile apps, web platforms, WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM tools.

  • Must be energetic, persuasive, presentable, and target-oriented.

  • Should be able to explain technology in simple business language.

Required Skills

  • Ability to speak local languages depending on the market, such as Hindi, English, Arabic, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati, Punjabi, or other regional languages.

Performance Targets

The candidate will be expected to achieve targets such as:

  • Daily retailer visits

  • Daily lead additions

  • Weekly product demos

  • Monthly trial activations

  • Monthly paid subscription closures

  • Customer follow-up and retention support

Final targets will be defined by the company based on market and territory.

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed monthly salary based on experience

  • Performance-based sales incentives (Up to 10,000 AED ( Performance Based ))

  • Additional bonuses for exceeding monthly targets

  • Travel or field allowance, where applicable

  • Growth opportunity into Senior Sales Executive, Territory Sales Manager, or Partner Sales Manager roles
