Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure the application and monitoring of periodic tasks on the different BSS platform nodes.
Ensure the investigation and resolution of complaints received via different channels.
Ensure coordination with the Engineering teams and monitor changes made to the system (Deployment of fixes, updates, new features).
Ensure compliance with SLAs and customer satisfaction. Execute Health-check operations and report to the Operations Manager.
Assist with Planned Maintenance Operations (Patch and Upgrade).
Follow up on open tickets with partner support.
Be versatile across all departmental nodes.
Respect HSE requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
BASIC TRAINING: University degree (Bac +5)
Specialization: Information System, Telecommunication, Computer Science
Experience in a similar position.
