Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sous Chef in supervising kitchen staff and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to quality standards and recipes.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management and ordering.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment.
Support in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
Adhere to portion control and presentation standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Junior Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Culinary school diploma or relevant certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
