Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In the framework of strengthening the team of our client, we are looking for a Junior Training Officer to ensure the administrative and operational management of training actions.
Main missions:
- Collect and consolidate training needs;
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the training plan;
- Organize training sessions (planning, invitations, logistics);
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of training files;
- Update dashboards and monitoring indicators;
- Act as the interface with training organizations and various internal stakeholders;
- Participate in the evaluation of the effectiveness of training actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+2 Bac+3 in Human Resources Management, Management or equivalent field;
First experience in training management or HR administration;
Good command of office tools, especially Excel;
Rigor, sense of organization and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
