Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing business with Lulu Hypermarket accounts. The role

includes driving sales performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing credit and collections, and

ensuring smooth execution of trade agreements and store operations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage and develop strong relationships with Lulu buyers and store teams to drive business growth.

  2. Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth across assigned accounts.

  3. Ensure product availability, proper assortment, and effective merchandising in all outlets.

  4. Plan and execute promotions, including BDA (Business Development Agreement) negotiations and

implementation.

  1. Handle credit maintenance, including payment follow-ups and minimizing outstanding balances.

  2. Ensure timely cheque collection and reconciliation as per agreed terms.

  3. Identify and secure new Product listings / placements within Lulu accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) 4-5

  1. Sales Target Achievement (%) – Monthly & quarterly sales performance vs assigned targets (value & volume)

across Lulu accounts.

  1. Collection Efficiency (Overdue Reduction) – Timely collection of receivables, cheque Collection, and

reduction of outstanding balances as per agreed credit terms.

  1. On-Shelf Availability (OSA) & Merchandising Compliance – Ensuring product availability, planogram

adherence, and execution of in-store visibility, promotions, and BDA commitments.

  1. BDA Execution & ROI – Effective implementation of Business Development Agreements, tracking

promotional performance, visibility deliverables, and return on investment.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG / retail sales, with a focus on modern trade

  • Mandatory experience handling Lulu Hypermarket accounts

  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets, key account management, and business growth

  • Strong background in credit control, collections, and cheque handling

  • Experience in BDA execution, merchandising, and frozen category (added advantage)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Must have a Valid UAE driving license
