Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager End Customers you will be responsible for the sales target, sales KPIs and development of the assigned accounts. You will develop business plans and map the assigned accounts within its complexity. You will also be responsible for the strategic management of the accounts with the goal of deepening the Axis relationship across product and solution lines, over an extended time horizon and eventually across geographical boundaries. All of this while identifying and influence the major stakeholders and the eco-system partners and coordinate activities within the different company functions.

You will also actively participate in selected associations, tradeshows, market events and congresses to create brand awareness and detect new opportunities. Then you will update, maintain and share all the major information within the accounts through Salesforce. Most important, we are looking for a true Axis core value ambassador!

Desired Candidate Profile

We would love to hear from you if you have/are:

  • Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
  • 8+ years in the role of Sales in the region, National/ Key Accounts for Large end customers
  • Experience with indirect B2B sales
  • Strong knowledge of the oil and gas sector .
  • Knowledge in network infrastructure is preferable
  • Used to complex sales management in fast pace environments
  • Strong account management and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels
  • Strong communication (verbal, listening, written), presentation and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Arabic preferably.
  • Well-structured in forecasting and delivering results.
