Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key retail partners, including department stores and specialty boutiques.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, including sales strategies, promotional calendars, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges within assigned accounts.
  • Manage and optimize product placement, visual merchandising, and in-store displays to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, providing a solid foundation for strategic thinking.

  • Minimum 3-7 years of progressive experience in key account management within the cosmetics or beauty industry, showcasing proven success.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within the cosmetics and beauty industry, demonstrating exceptional performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, highlighting interpersonal skills.
