Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities


  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and trust.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are communicated effectively.

  • Develop and implement strategies tailored to each key account's unique needs.

  • Regularly monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

  • Identify potential growth opportunities within the existing client accounts.

  • Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts.

  • Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients to discuss their needs and feedback.

  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with key clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve or exceed set business revenue targets.

  • Maintain detailed records of communications and notes on client interactions.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments relevant to key accounts.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all interactions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in account management or sales in a related industry.

  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management techniques and software.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage high-value contracts successfully.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and develop strategies.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
