Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, practicing strict hygiene standards to prevent cross-contamination.
- Assist in the receiving, storage, and rotation of food supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie or supervisor promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent.
- Demonstrates basic knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
