Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, practicing strict hygiene standards to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Assist in the receiving, storage, and rotation of food supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie or supervisor promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates basic knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
