Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook hot menu items (grill, saut , fry, and main dishes) according to standardized recipes
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot section at all times
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly
Assist in stock control, proper storage, and minimizing wastage
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service
Support senior chefs during busy service periods
Participate in training and development sessions when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a hot kitchen section (restaurant or caf environment preferred)
Knowledge of cooking techniques including grilling, frying, saut ing, and plating
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
