Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Assist chefs with basic food prep such as washing, cutting, chopping, and measuring ingredients. Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation, including dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal. Monitor stock and ingredient levels and inform supervisors when items need to be replenished. Support inventory management by labeling, storing, and rotating food items properly. Follow all UAE food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment (preferred). Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen equipment. Food safety or hygiene certification (advantage).

Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Good attention to detail and cleanliness. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
