Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliance)
Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen team
Coordinate with front-of-house team for smooth service
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of food safety regulations
Culinary or hospitality background is a plus
