Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution from prep to plating and service.
  • Manage inventory and control food costs by implementing effective stock management and waste reduction strategies.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Uphold stringent food safety and sanitation standards, conducting regular checks and enforcing HACCP protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in kitchen supervision, kitchen operations, or a similar leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.


  • Proven experience in inventory management, cost control, and budget adherence.
