Lead Accountant ARC ENGINEERING L.L.C

Role and Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end

close processes using ARC ERP systems.

1. Reconcile accounts including inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and fixed assets and

ensure accurate data records within ARC ERP.

1. Produce financial statements and internal reports for management review.

2. Manage intercompany transactions and ensure transfer pricing compliance.

3. Oversee job costing and work-in-progress (WIP) accounting to ensure accuracy and

alignment with project performance.

1. Support AP/AR functions and monitor cash flow activity.

2. Prepare and submit applicable tax filings, assist with audits, and ensure regulatory

compliance.

1. Analyze financial performance by project, product line, and customer to identify trends,

variances, and opportunities for improvement.

1. Develop and maintain standard cost models and margin analysis to inform pricing

strategies.

1. Liaise with operations and procurement to analyze material costs, labor efficiency, and

overhead allocations.

1. Create forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.

2. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and operational

efficiency.

1. Build financial dashboards and visualizations to enhance reporting and decision-making.

2. Processing new bank account opening for newly joined staff

3. Collaborate with operations to ensure proper recording of raw material usage, labor, and

overhead.

1. Handling of all petty cash.

2. Management and maintenance of all subscription services used by ARC such as

telecommunications, utilities and gas utilities.

1. Uploading all vendor invoices to the ERP.

2. He is responsible for uploading all vouchers into the ERP system.

3. He is responsible for maintaining records of cash flow and cheques given to

vendors/suppliers, working closely with CFO.

1. He has to follow up on all receivables, under instructions from CFO.

2. He has to manage all banking activity under the CFO.

3. He will report to CFO under total confidentiality, any failure to maintain confidentiality

will result in disciplinary action, including immediate dismissal with NO benefits.
