We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist – Social Media | Real Estate


Are you passionate about real estate and skilled at generating high-quality leads through social media?

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving growth through creative digital strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads) to attract buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Capture, qualify, and manage leads through social media forms, landing pages, and WhatsApp integrations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring cost-effective lead generation (CPL).
  • Collaborate with the marketing & sales teams to align campaigns with real estate project launches.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and new social media tools for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation through social media (real estate industry preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise in running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, tracking tools, and lead qualification.
  • Creative mindset with ability to design or coordinate engaging real estate content.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
