Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Running continuous improvement programs / LEAN projects in the processes aligned with Ocean Operations Regional priorities
Ensuring that continuous improvement findings/solutions are shared across region harvest optimal value
Work together with continuous improvement leads regional/global on agreed initiatives and incorporate into MOS
Provide feedback via the Super Users on improvement opportunities on processes
Stay true to global/local SOPs when running continuous improvement initiatives
Work cross-functional in areas to solve problems and ensure that the solutions are incorporated in the Operating system
Validate trade-offs between cost and quality in improvement initiatives to ensure aligned with Ocean Operations objectives
Ensure line of sight on regional continuous improvement initiatives
Driving and embedding operating system across Ocean Operations
Work cross functionally in the Region to solve problems and ensure that the solutions are incorporated in the Operating system and structurally and sustaianably solved
Coaching organization on Lean , kaizen, etc.
