Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To design and execute impactful training programs across the GCC that enhance skills, drive operational excellence, and support leadership development, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development:

· Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees across the GCC region.

· Design and facilitate onboarding, career development, and continuous learning initiatives.

· Conduct and lead engaging training sessions for front-of-house staff and management, leveraging feedback and performance data to drive development and ongoing improvement.

· Manage both online and offline training programs tailored to the GCC leisure industry.

· Oversee the Learning & Development budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of high-impact training initiatives.

· Perform Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps and develop targeted solutions.

People Management:

· Mentor and cultivate the capabilities of L&D executives to elevate instructional skills and strengthen team performance.

· Lead and drive in-house leadership development programs, with a demonstrated success in advancing trainees into managerial roles.

· Partner with senior leadership to design and implement personalized development plans that effectively foster team growth and organizational talent pipeline.

Stakeholder/Departmental Collaboration:

· Collaborate with operational teams to develop and refine SOPs, ensuring exceptional service quality and consistency across all touchpoints.

· Strategically partner with leadership and operational units to align training initiatives with overarching business objectives, driving measurable performance improvements.

· Deliver insightful feedback to other departments based on training outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Skills and Capabilities

· Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate training at a regional level.

· Strong understanding of the leisure industry and operational standards.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to analyze training needs through TNI/TNA and develop targeted solutions.

· Budget management experience is a plus.
