Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging training programs that align with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Conduct needs assessments through surveys and interviews to identify skill gaps and tailor learning interventions accordingly.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions, employing diverse instructional techniques to cater to various learning styles and preferences.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, continually refining programs for optimal engagement and knowledge retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is a strong advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as CPLP or ATD serve as a testament to your expertise in Learning and Development.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience in designing e-learning modules using tools like Articulate or Adobe Captivate is highly desirable.
