Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify issues, highlight anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
Delivering fast-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from simple mistakes, and sustain learner motivation
Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address targeted challenges
Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor continues to develop
Learning Designer Key Responsibilities
Accelerate student learning performance through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2 learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Basic Requirements
Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a learner-support capacity with both analytical and relational dimensions
Competence in Google Sheets data evaluation (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
High emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a child-centered coaching approach
Experience creating workflows and automations using AI
Nice-to-have Requirements
Foundation in learning science, pedagogical principles, or documented success enhancing outcomes via data-informed strategies
Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and introductory coding proficiency (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
