Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement role-based curricula aligned with company strategy.
- Identify training needs and set the annual Learning & Development Plan.
- Oversee onboarding and integration plans for new employees.
- Manage training logistics, delivery, evaluation, and impact analysis (ROI).
- Develop succession and talent development plans in coordination with Heads of Departments.
Performance Management
- Prepare and manage performance appraisal processes (probation, 360 feedback, projects).
- Support departments during appraisal cycles and conduct awareness sessions.
- Analyze performance trends and provide reports to management.
- Conduct coaching sessions related to 360 feedback.
Managerial & Continuous Improvement
- Select, train, and evaluate internal trainers.
- Manage L&D budget and external vendors.
- Implement processes, track KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in Learning & Development.
Strong expertise in training needs analysis, training delivery, evaluation & ROI measurement, and learning technologies.
Strategic thinker with strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
