Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities :

Market and resell residential and commercial properties across Dubai and the UAE secondary market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and property investors.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, and investment potential.
Conduct property viewings, present properties professionally, negotiate terms, and manage contract execution.
Generate and manage leads via referrals, digital marketing, networking, and company-provided leads.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets; report sales activity and pipeline using the company CRM.

Requirements :

Proven sales experience in real estate
Secondary market experience
Negotiation skills
Presentation skills
Goal oriented
Self motivated
Client relations
RERA license

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in Dubai property market
Track record of meeting sales targets
Familiarity with Dubai developer portfolios and off-plan projects
Competence using CRM and digital marketing tools
