Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate leasing activities including property tours, tenant screenings, and lease agreements, ensuring a seamless process for prospective tenants.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with current tenants, addressing concerns and facilitating communication to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Utilize property management software to track applications, leases, and renewals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new tenants, including managing online listings, creating promotional materials, and hosting open houses.
  • Prepare and distribute lease documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies for a smooth leasing process.
  • Conduct regular market research to analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and amenities, providing insights to optimize leasing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) or similar, indicating a commitment to professional development in the leasing field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Dubai leasing roles, showcasing an understanding of the real estate market and tenant relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundational knowledge of leasing practices.
  • Experience with property management software like Yardi or AppFolio, highlighting technical proficiency in managing leasing processes efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and leasing metrics, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
