Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle retail leasing for shops, showrooms, and commercial spaces

  2. Conduct property viewings and present suitable retail spaces to clients

  3. Perform rent comparison and rent analysis based on market trends and competitor data

  4. Negotiate rental terms, lease conditions, renewals, and amendments

  5. Review lease documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with approved terms

  6. Coordinate lease execution, approvals, and handover processes

  7. Manage Tawtheek registration and ensure timely compliance with local regulations

  8. Maintain and update tenant records, leads, and follow-ups using CRM systems

  9. Monitor lease expiries and support renewal discussions

  10. Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and management summaries

  11. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth leasing operations

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field

  2. 2–5 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing

  3. Strong knowledge of retail leasing practices and rental benchmarks

  4. Experience with rent analysis, rent comparison, and lease documentation review

  5. Familiarity with Tawtheek and leasing compliance processes

  6. Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office

  7. Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills

  8. Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets

  9. UAE market experience is mandatory
