Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies that maximize occupancy rates and rental income, while staying current on market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential tenants, providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze occupancy rates and market conditions to adjust leasing strategies and pricing structures as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough property showings, showcasing features and benefits that align with tenant needs to convert inquiries into leases.
  • Prepare and present leasing reports to upper management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or property management, showcasing a proven track record of successful lease negotiations.
  • Experience in the residential or commercial property sectors is essential for understanding diverse leasing environments.
  • Having experience having and working with good network of agents.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic languages being an added advantage for diverse clientele.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, coupled with resilience and adaptability, to thrive in a dynamic leasing environment.
