Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage litigation and pre-litigation cases
- Advising the various departments on legal matters
- To ensure legal and regulatory monitoring
- Represent the organization before the courts if necessary.
- To provide legal solutions tailored to operational issues
- A standard bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in law (business law, social law, or equivalent) is required.
- Desired professional experience
- Good command of legislative and regulatory texts
- Proven action-oriented and relational skills
- Rigour and a sense of organisation
- Discretion and professional ethics
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Sense of responsibility
