Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
o Oversee the implementation and progress of various programs in coordination with internal teams and Emirates airline. o Ensure all program milestones, deliverables, and schedules are adhered to. o Monitor and report on program progress, identifying any potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. o For retrofit activities performed at Emirates, assure the coordination of all activities in liaison with on-site Emirates retrofit teams, with Safran Aircraft Manager & field teams and with Homebase IPT teams for efficient retrofit campaign o Facilitate the management of changes on Emirates programs (change management). Specifically, drumbeats on the Change Requests backlog with the related Safran Program Managers; participates in related negotiations with customer and sales, and helps decide on their integration into the ongoing programs o Ensure efficient contract management in transversal to all Emirates program, from initial contract convergence along up to contract execution tracking and renegotiation with commercial teams. Communication & Coordination: o Maintain consistent and open communication channels between our company's program management teams and Emirates. o Prepare and deliver regular status reports, updates, and project documentation to both internal stakeholders and Emirates. o Ensure all stakeholders are informed of any changes, challenges, or updates regarding the program. o Coordinate and represent Safran programs in related Executive Review with Emirates, from RFPs and offers up to in-service follow-up Relationship Management: o Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with representatives from Emirates airline. o Represent the company's interests in all dealings with Emirates, fostering a collaborative and cooperative working environment. Risk Management: o Identify potential risks and issues related to program execution and develop strategies to address them. o Monitor risk factors, ensuring that they are manaThis position is made for you if you have at least 5-6 years of successful experience in an aeronautical, automotive, or even railway environment. Your ability to make decisions and take strategic directions will be crucial in achieving your goals. You are known for your ability to bring teams together around common challenges and to handle unexpected situations. Additionally, you pay particular attention to building and developing client relationships. Your communication skills and leadership will be key to the success of your mission. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential to communicate daily with our international clients and partners.
