Roles & Responsibilities

Job role
As a Logistics Acquisition & Retention Specialist at Rabbit, you will be the engine behind our fleet's growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of rider acquisition, from identifying new supply channels to onboarding high-quality talent. You will play a critical role in scaling our delivery capacity and ensuring we have the right riders, in the right zones, at the right time.



Key Responsibilities



Fleet Growth & Sourcing: Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and onboard a large-scale fleet of riders to meet aggressive capacity targets.



Channel Innovation: Identify and establish innovative supply channels, including bicycle riders, female riders, part-timers, and foreign riders.



3PL Partnership Management: Acquire and scale 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners, providing the operational support necessary to grow their share of the Rabbit fleet.



Geographic Expansion: Support the launch of new operational zones and cities by securing a localized fleet pipeline.



Onboarding & Training: Lead the documentation and execution of the training process to ensure all riders and vendors meet Rabbit’s service standards.



Performance Monitoring: Track daily supply figures and analyze churn rates to set proactive plans for rider retention.



Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in fleet acquisition, supply-side logistics, or recruitment within the delivery/q-commerce industry.



Ability to use data to develop insights and build reports on fleet capacity and utilization.



Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to manage relationships with 3PL vendors and individual riders.



Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking performance and supply metrics.



Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
