Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Logistics Business Manager – Non-Delivery Industries to join our manpower supply company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding manpower supply services across various non-delivery sectors such as warehouse operations, manufacturing, retail, facilities management, and other logistics support services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in non-delivery logistics sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Promote and sell manpower supply solutions to companies requiring logistics and operational staff.

  • Prepare business proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.

  • Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to fulfil client manpower requirements.

  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities in logistics and support services.

  • Achieve sales targets and business expansion goals.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development or sales within logistics, manpower supply, or outsourcing services.

  • Strong network and knowledge of UAE market, especially in non-delivery industries.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and drive revenue growth.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


Preferred:


  • Experience working with warehouse, retail, manufacturing, or facilities management sectors.

  • Existing client network in the UAE logistics or outsourcing industry.

✔ UAE driving license preferred
