Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Logistics & HSE Manager
Logistics :
- Supervise all logistics operations (receiving, storage, transport, delivery).
- Optimize physical and information flows to ensure efficiency, cost, quality and deadlines.
- Managing relationships with logistics providers and carriers.
- Set up and monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance of procedures with international industry requirements.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
- Deploy and enforce the group's HSE policy on the site and within the supply chain.
- To lead actions for the prevention of occupational and environmental risks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and HSE audits.
- Train and raise awareness among teams regarding best practices in safety and the environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+5 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, QHSE or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial or raw materials distribution environment.
- In-depth knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
- Proficiency in logistics management tools (WMS, ERP, etc.).
- Leadership, rigor, organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English essential (international working language).
