Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management
  

  • Manage full lifecycle client engagement: outreach, flight strategy, consultative sales, and closing.
    

  • Act as the primary point of contact, guiding booking decisions and resolving issues.
    

  • Re-engage past clients and follow up on new leads.
    

  • Serve as the emergency contact for time-sensitive travel matters.
    

• Sales & Strategy Execution
  

  • Provide optimal travel options using knowledge of routes, loyalty programs, and luxury flying.
    

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
    

  • Apply empathy and problem-solving to complex or urgent situations.
    

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in luxury service or high-ticket sales
  

• Strong knowledge of premium travel, airlines, loyalty programs, and global destinations
  

• Outstanding communication skills across email, text, and voice
  

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  

• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive transactions
