Coordinate the deployment and allocation of construction machinery , and other heavy equipment according to project requirements. Ensure proper utilization of equipment across different project activities. Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and construction supervisors to understand machinery requirements. Ensure timely availability of equipment at project sites. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure preventive maintenance and timely repair of machinery. Maintain records of servicing, inspections, and breakdowns. Monitor equipment usage, working hours, fuel consumption, and performance. Arrange transportation and mobilization/demobilization of machinery between project sites. Ensure proper documentation and permits for equipment movement. Ensure that all machinery is operated in compliance with safety standards and project HSE requirements. Verify that operators are properly trained and certified. Maintain equipment inventory and records.
