Desired Candidate Profile

Educational/Professional Qualifications/Training Certifications • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) degree, or equivalent experience • HSE accredited training qualifications

Job Experience & Software Competencies

• Total working experience of 10-15 years with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the maintenance of EfW or similar equipment and systems background (Experience working in UAE preferred)

• Specific expertise in resource recovery material handling and waste processing is preferred

• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing maintenance management systems (including but not limited to CMMS, predictive and preventive maintenance etc.)

• Proficient or familiar with systems used for asset management, maintenance planning, and operational reporting for e.g. as below:

  - CMMS / Maintenance Management: IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, Fiix, UpKeep

  - ERP Systems: SAP (PM, MM modules), Oracle NetSuite, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365

  - Project & Scheduling Tools: Primavera P6, MS Project

  - Operations Monitoring & Analytics: SCADA/DCS dashboards, EMS (Environmental Monitoring Systems)

  - Procurement & Inventory Tools: SAP MM, Oracle Procurement Cloud, SharePoint/Teams for spare parts and material tracking

  - Productivity & Reporting: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint
