• Managing the budgets, expenditures and other financial aspects of Numerous Operations and Different Divisions located in Overseas locations.
• Preparing financial forecasts to determine budgets, expenses and extra funds required.
• Preparing reports as requested by management, including budgets, daily reporting and financial statements.
• Generating Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual financial reports to detail company revenues and expenses.
• Maintaining robust financial records for business for regulatory reporting and taxation.
• Accurately performing daily cash functions, including A/P and A/R tracking, budgeting, payroll transactions, expense management and various reconciliations.
• Reviewing and approve departmental expense reports.
• Using Tally ERP 9 & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business as an accounting software to perform book-keeping, invoicing and bank reconciliations.
• Automated basic accounting procedures to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
• Preparing Monthly & Quarterly tax returns and reviewed submitted documentation with auditors.
• Assisting in payments processing procedure adopted by company.
• Reviewing accounting entries and ledger balances on regular intervals.
• Preparing profit and loss statements & investments on seasonal basis or event basis.
• Performing petty cash functions.
